Welcome to the home of RASL, the Rutgers Association of School Librarians!

Planning on working in a school library? Interested in working with children and youth services? Then RASL is the organization for you! We aim to provide graduates with the information they need to become certified as school librarians. Our goal is to connect students with issues and ideas emerging in the field, to build relationships with practicing school and public librarians, and to help you kickstart your career.

RASL will be holding its next meeting this Wednesday, 3/28 from 5:50-6:20pm in SC&I room 323. Our guest speaker will be Dr. Ross Todd!

If you ever miss a meeting and would like to stay updated on what’s going on with RASL, you can refer to the Minutes page, where we post all meeting minutes. Don’t forget to check out the Events page for upcoming RASL-related events. We’re always looking for ideas for our future meetings. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with your suggestions : )
